Living Word Lutheran Preschool is our October Mission of the Month
Living Word Preschool was established in 1995 and is supported as a ministry of our church. The purpose of the preschool is to provide a Christian child care facility to meet the needs of the community. Also to develop a preschool child’s abilities, outlook, and values through creative learning. The preschool also helps to prepare a child for the transition from toddler to young student.
The programs of Living Word Lutheran Preschool are designed to promote the growth of the total child in a nurturing family environment. Since Jesus Christ is the “head” of our family, the atmosphere is one of love, peace, and joy. Our students experience activities to help them reach their next level of development. Our students learn about Jesus Christ by hearing bible stories, learning bible verses, and praying.
Due to covid-19 we have a smaller class size this fall semester. We have made this ministry our Mission of the Month to make sure we can provide our students with the best resources and experiences especially during these times. We want to continue to be there for our communities needs.
